Since you all don’t seem to have a clue how the internet actually works, you need a dedicated assistant to teach you about this thing you are regulating. I will come to Washington, DC and be your personal tutor. I will draw you all kinds of whiteboard diagrams, explanations of servers, IP addresses, and other nerdy stuff. I will code you a fucking GUI in fucking VB if that is what it takes for you to understand this.
